• Standard delivery: 2 business days (UPS/FedEx, etc.).
• Remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii): 3 - 5 business days.
• Major cities in Canada:
• Standard delivery: 2 business days (FedEx/Canada Post/Purolator, etc.).
• Remote areas (such as Yukon, Nunavut): 3 - 7 business days.
3. Shipping Fee Standards

• Free shipping for orders over $9.
• Within Canada:

4. Logistics Delays and Force Majeure
• Extreme weather, customs inspections, holiday peaks, etc. may cause delays. No compensation will be provided, but you can contact customer service for inquiries.
• If the package is lost or damaged, please feedback within 48 hours after signing and provide evidence. We will assist with claims or re - shipments.

• Only deliver to valid addresses in the United States and Canada. Post Office Boxes (PO Box) are not covered.

• Returns can be applied for within 7 days after signing. The product must be unused and the packaging intact.
